Ligao Jeans has cut, sewn and washed denim in Shunde, Guangdong since 1985. PDS is how brands outside China reach the factory: one team, based in Hong Kong, from first sample to shipment.

From rigid to worn-in, under one roof.
Ligao Jeans (新力高) has made denim in Shunde since 1985. Our sewing lines and our wash house sit side by side. A wash is tested on our own machines, signed off on a panel, then held to that standard across the whole run. PDS, short for Prime Denim Supply, is our Hong Kong and overseas desk, so you deal with one team from fabric to final inspection.
